With GetJenny’s support and training, your team puts answers to common end-user questions into the Jenny platform.
When an end-user asks the Jenny chatbot a question, it will analyse the keywords used and search through the answers to resolve the query in less than a second.
If it can’t answer the question, it will refer to a human agent. The Jenny chatbot can then learn the response, if necessary, and take that question when it comes up forever and ever. :)
