THL is monitoring the international situation in cooperation with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). They develop guidelines for health care and laboratories, assessing health risks related to the coronavirus and assessing how the situation may develop. ## Corona-Info Chatbot This chatbot uses verified facts from sources like the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, providing up-to-date information about COVID-19. It's updated centrally two times a day by GetJenny, and ensures that anybody using it is always presenting current information to their website visitors.  We created it because we felt that we should provide this service as we have an obligation to spread facts in our community, not misinformation.
