Although the adoption of AI in the event planning industry is slower than that of the other industries, the increasing demands from customers for a better experience is putting pressure on event managers to use AI to improve their decision making and marketing techniques. Chatbots further provide the event management with personal information about the customers so that the event management can improve their service offerings and increase the level of engagement. This hyper-personalized characteristic of chatbots saves time for customers, provide them a better experience, and increase sales for the industry.

The usage of AI further expands to strategic planning and corporate development, reduce errors and increase cost efficiency.

The market for chatbots and AI is growing in the events industry and is impacting the industry’s competitiveness at a reduced cost, and will benefit companies and consumers in a major way.
