One of our early integrations, Skype is a division of Microsoft Corp. It is a telecommunications software that enables text, voice and video communication between devices connected to the internet.

Skype has integrated bots into its services encouraging customers to chat with a Skype bot for entertainment, games or work. With the help of its partners, Skype allows users to build their own chatbots that can serve as a tool for personal or business uses. Skype bots provide customers with quick actions tools, live access to audio and video messages, with the option of being used in a one on one or a group setting. With over 300 million estimated active users each month, Skype constitutes one of our biggest collaborations. Currently Skype chatbots are only available in select countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
